What DSCRBroker.com Is

DSCRBroker.com is a referral and matching service. We connect real estate investors with licensed, third-party DSCR loan brokers and their wholesale lending partners. We are not a lender, bank, or mortgage broker. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, approve or deny financing, set rates or loan terms, pull credit, verify income, or fund mortgages. All lending activity is performed solely by the matched licensed broker and their lending partners, subject to their own guidelines and your qualifications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. DSCR loans are for non-owner-occupied investment properties only. Nothing on this Site is an offer to lend or a commitment to lend.

The Matching Process

• When you submit the form, we route your information to a licensed broker in your state based on the details you provide.
• The matched broker is an independent third party and is solely responsible for their own advice, communications, loan products, terms, and decisions.
• We do not guarantee that you will be matched, contacted, pre-qualified, approved, or funded, or that any particular result, rate, timeline, or term will be available.
